Garcia’s practice is in civil litigation with a focus on labor and employment law and counseling businesses and business owners. While earning his Juris Doctorate at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Garica had the opportunity to complete a judicial externship for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to joining DDWK, Garcia worked for a law firm in Northern California where he primarily represented small business owners, common interest developments, and municipalities.
Zahid’s practice is in civil litigation, with a focus on representation of businesses and business owners, particularly in employment law. Zahid earned his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law. Prior to joining DDWK, he practiced employment law at a small San Diego boutique firm. Having grown up in Pakistan, Zahid has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by various parties within the legal system. This background gives him a pragmatic understanding of the complexities of the law, enabling him to offer informed and effective support to his clients. He speaks fluent Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
