Biography
Dustin’s practice is focused upon representing businesses and business owners. For over a decade, he has regularly defended employers and insurance carriers in business and employment litigation and spearheaded a wide variety of transactional projects. He routinely advises clients on contract negotiation and formation strategies.
Dustin earned his law degree from Albany Law School and practiced extensively in New York and New Jersey before moving to San Diego and becoming a member of the California Bar in 2021. Before attending law school, Dustin completed film school at the City University of New York, Brooklyn College.
