Biography
Michael’s practice is in civil litigation with a focus on labor and employment law and counseling businesses and business owners.
Prior to joining Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick, Michael worked for a law firm in Northern California as a litigation associate where he primarily represented small business owners, common interest developments, and municipalities.
While earning his Juris Doctorate at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Michael had the opportunity to complete a judicial externship for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. While in law school, Michael was also a member of McGeorge’s Moot Court Program as well as a staff writer for the University of the Pacific Law Review.
Before attending law school, Michael graduated from Chapman University where he was a member of the school’s NCAA Men’s Water Polo team.
