Biography

Pauline Duong represents businesses and business owners in her practice, focusing primarily on employment law. A trusted advisor, Pauline regularly counsels business owners on state and federal employment law questions and strategies. Prior to joining Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick, Pauline practiced corporate law, advising tech companies on business and data privacy issues.

Community service has long been a priority for Pauline, who graduated from the University of California Irvine School of Law with Pro Bono High Honors and was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. While attending law school, Pauline did pro bono work on behalf of underrepresented individuals. Her case work included representing former child-slaves before the United States Supreme Court, helping to secure the exoneration and release of two wrongfully convicted clients. Before earning her law degree, Pauline earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from Cornell University.
