Anthony’s civil litigation practice is primarily focused on construction disputes and employee law matters.

Biography

Anthony’s practice focus is in civil litigation, primarily in connection with construction disputes and employment law matters. Prior to joining Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick, he practiced law at a civil litigation defense firm in San Diego, specializing in the defense of commercial general liability, construction defect, and personal injury lawsuits.

Before attending law school, Anthony served as an officer in the United States Coast Guard as a Naval Engineer. During his five years as a Coast Guard Officer, Anthony spent two years as an engineer in training on the USCGC MIDGETT (WHEC-726) in Seattle, WA, and the remaining three years as a Port Engineer for the Patrol Boat Product Line in Alameda, CA. During his time as a Port Engineer, Anthony worked closely with private construction contractors and prepared comprehensive government availability contracts for all of the maintenance required for fourteen Coast Guard Cutters throughout California.

Anthony received his law degree from University of San Diego and was a member of the inaugural negotiations team at the University of San Diego Law School.
