Biography
Adam has handled a wide variety of matters, including claims for fraud, breach of contract, professional negligence, trade secret misappropriation, defamation, discrimination, and misclassification of workers, to name a few.
Prior to joining Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick, Adam practiced at another San Diego law firm where he assisted California businesses with a panoply of legal needs, including corporate governance, reviewing and implementing employment policies, drafting and negotiating contracts, and litigation. Through this experience of working with both large and small companies, including family-owned local businesses, Adam gained an appreciation for helping clients in not only an effective, but also an efficient manner.
