Gregory A. Walt

Greg has been practicing law in La Jolla since 2014 and has focused his practice on business and real estate transactional matters.  He has had key involvement in numerous high dollar corporate and real estate transactions, including real property purchases, sales and leases, as well as corporate acquisitions and financings.  Greg also has extensive experience in forming and maintaining business entities, such as corporations, LLCs, and limited partnerships, in providing general legal guidance to buyers, sellers and business owners and in drafting a wide variety of contracts designed to meet his clients’ business objectives.

Greg consistently strives to provide his clients with thorough and thoughtful representation and to develop and maintain professional relationships that will last for years.
