In the area of general business law, Greg can assist clients throughout the life of their business entity – the formation, maintenance, operation and/or dissolution of a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership. In the area of contract law, Greg routinely assists his clients and oversees the preparation and customization of business agreements and documents, for his clients’ ongoing business operations.
