Katherine’s practice focuses primarily on employment law matters. She represents and advises employers on a variety of issues and has experience defending discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims as well as advising clients on leave related issues and employee separation strategies and documentation.

Biography
Katherine has extensive experience representing clients at EDD appeal hearings and advising clients on wage and hour matters before the DLSE. Prior to joining Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick, Katherine practiced at a boutique employment law firm where she gained invaluable experience in what is a quickly changing and heavily litigated area of California law.
Katherine attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where she earned her law degree in 2016. During law school, she gained experience as a legal intern in a variety of practice areas including employment law, insurance defense, personal injury and family law.
