Chris began his legal career in 1979 at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps in San Diego, California, where he became a partner and practiced business and corporate law. He was a member of both their Business and Corporate department as well as their International practice group. After leaving the firm, Chris established his own practice and remained focused on representation of emerging and established companies in business, corporate and real estate transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters. Chris also represents investors and companies in early stage corporate financings.
