L. Michael Miley

Mike has extensive experience in the telecommunications and real estate industries. His practice, which involves clients across the country, focuses on telecommunications-based real estate and tower development matters. Since 2013 Mike has closed, drafted, negotiated and worked to create innovative structures within the telecommunications space. He has substantial experience on the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, and development side of telecommunications transactions including cell site prepayment transactions, tower development, tower acquisitions, fiber acquisitions, management and modifications of telecommunications facilities, and the acquisitions of large data center facilities, as well as telecommunications transactions in numerous foreign jurisdictions. Mike has facilitated in the closing of hundreds of commercial transactions involving assets in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to developing his niche role in the telecom space, Mike gained diverse experience in large firms in both New Jersey and California, working on complex litigation, construction and insurance related matters, as well as “small town” general practice in Pennsylvania working on everything from residential real estate, family and criminal law to residential foreclosure defense following the 2009 recession.
